Lasell College Women’s Volleyball to Dig Pink® for Cancer

NEWTON, MA- On October 15th, the Lasell College women’s volleyball team will host a Dig Pink® day to benefit The Side-Out Foundation in support of breast cancer research during a tri-match against Saint Joseph College of Connecticut and Rivier College. The Lasers will fundraise throughout the season with all proceeds donated to Side-Out to further breast-cancer awareness, education, and patient services.

NEWTON, MA (08/15/11) -  On October 15th, the Lasell College women's volleyball team will host a Dig Pink® day to benefit The Side-Out Foundation in support of breast cancer research during a tri-match against Saint Joseph College of Connecticut and Rivier College.  The Lasers will fundraise throughout the season with all proceeds donated to Side-Out to further breast-cancer awareness, education, and patient services.

 

The Side-Out Foundation began their quest to provide compassionate support for breast cancer patients and their families in 2004 by fundraising for medical research through the volleyball community.  Side-Out supports teams nationwide, with 388 collegiate squads currently particiating in 2011.
